Please read these terms carefully before using the exbet platform. By accessing the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.
1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between exbet ("Company", "we", "our") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). By using the exbet website, mobile site, or any related services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.
exbet is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The purpose of these Terms is to ensure a fair, transparent and safe relationship between users and the Company.
Age Requirement
The exbet platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No person under this age may open an account or use the services on this platform. Providing false age verification information at the time of registration is a serious violation and will result in the immediate closure of the account.
2 Account Registration & Management
Registration Process
To open an account at exbet, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the exbet support team immediately.
- Use a strong password (combining numbers, letters, and special characters).
- Avoid logging in from public devices.
- Change your password regularly.
- If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.
Account Closure Authority
exbet reserves the right to immediately close any account in the following circumstances:
- If false or misleading information is provided.
- If the Terms are violated.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If an attempt is made to harm another user.
- If the age requirement is violated.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at exbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. You may only use a payment method registered in your own name from your account.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal funds will only be sent via the same method used at the time of deposit.
- The verification process must be completed before withdrawing.
- Withdrawals cannot be made while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
- In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
4 Bonus & Promotional Terms
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will qualify for the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳47,000.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). The current wagering rate is 20x.
- Wagering rates may differ for certain game categories.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- exbet reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions.
Bonus Abuse
If bonus benefits are abused or an attempt is made to earn bonuses through any dishonest means, exbet reserves the right to cancel that bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account. This includes coordinated group bonus farming ("bonus abusing") and attempting to complete wagering requirements with low-risk bets.
5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
Fair Play Guarantee
All games on the exbet platform are operated on fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine the outcome of each game impartially. exbet does not interfere with the outcome of any game.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the exbet platform:
- Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
- Any form of cyberattack or attempt to damage the system.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
- Contacting other users with the intent to cause harm.
Sports Betting Rules
For sports betting, exbet applies separate rules for each sport. If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the bets on that event will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded. If any odds displayed in the system are incorrect, exbet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
6 Personal Data & Privacy

Verification Process
To ensure a safe gaming environment, exbet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This may require government-issued identification (national ID card, passport) and additional documents. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is completed.
7 VIP & Loyalty Program
VIP Tiers & Benefits
exbet has three VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is generally withdrawable.
VIP Benefit Conditions
VIP benefits are at exbet's discretion and may be changed or cancelled at any time. If an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, accumulated VIP benefits and cashback may be forfeited.
8 Responsible Gaming
Safe Gaming Commitment
exbet believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We provide users with deposit limits, betting limits, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options.

Self-Exclusion Option
If any user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion through exbet support. After receiving a self-exclusion request, exbet will deactivate the account promptly.
9 Limitation of Liability
Service Interruptions
Service interruptions may occur due to technical errors, maintenance, or other reasons. exbet will not be liable for any financial losses in such situations. However, transactions affected by confirmed errors will be reviewed.
Internet Connection Disruption
If the internet connection is lost during a game, exbet will not be liable for the outcome of that bet. The game result as recorded on the server will be considered final.
Odds Changes
Once a bet has been successfully placed, the odds for that bet will not be changed. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, exbet may cancel that bet and return the staked amount.
10 Dispute Resolution & Contact
Complaint Submission Process
If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact the exbet customer service team first. Complaints can be submitted via 24/7 live chat or by email at ([email protected]). We provide support in both Bengali and English.
Resolution Process
After receiving a complaint, exbet will investigate and attempt to reach a fair resolution. In all disputes, exbet's system logs and records will be considered final evidence. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request a review at a higher level.
11 Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous Provisions
Right to Amend Terms
exbet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users in advance.
Language & Interpretation
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, exbet's interpretation will be considered final.
